- Baldwin Estate 6075 (2.75" backset) & 6375 (2.5" backset)
- Entrance mortise lock with Emergency Egress
- Latch bolt by knob/lever from either side, except when outside knob/lever is locked by stop in front; then latch bolt by key outside and knob/lever inside
- Deadbolt by key outside and turn piece inside. When deadbolt is thrown, stop is automatically activated making outside knob/kever rigid. Inside knob/lever retracts latch and Deadbolt simultaneously but DOES NOT free knob/lever
- 1" (25mm) throw deadbolt with saw-proof inserts is standard equipment.
- Sold with Strike Plate and Face plate
- When extended, deadbolt deadlocks latch bolt
- Not recommended for Double Cylinder Applications
