Q: How can I check the status of my order?

The Quickest way to check the status of your order is to use our Order Tracking Page. (Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking numbers to be annotated.)

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:

Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days in transit. Exceptions are noted below for custom assembled orders.

  • Nostalgic Warehouse and Grandeur products, typically ship in 5-7 business days, plus 3-5 business days in transit. (2nd day air orders ship in 3 business days)
  • Emtek products typically ship in 7-10 business days, plus 3-5 business days in transit. (2nd day air orders ship in 3 business days)
  • Omnia product typically ship in 3 business days

Q: How much is shipping?
A:

Free Shipping is offered on orders over $199 within the Continental USA via UPS or FEDEX standard Ground.  All orders within the Continental USA under $199 are shipped Standard Ground and charged a flat rate of $11.95. Expedited Shipping Options are offered at Checkout.

Standard ground shipping – UPS, FedEx or USPS. These carriers provide insurance and tracking information on all packages we ship.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A:

YES. Your Credit Card will NOT be charged. Shipping costs will be calculated and sent via email for your approval upon submission of order. Once you approve your shipping costs we will process and ship your order.

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery of Canadian Shipments. Documents required by customs are generated by our shipping center before shipping “a complete order” to the customer.
